Alexandra Resort — all travelers all-inclusive in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Detailed editorial coming soon.

Food & drink

Strong

Food punches above expectations for a Caribbean all-inclusive, with Sylvie's jerk chicken station and Fish Deck as clear standouts and abundant options from sunrise to late night.

Dining details coming soon.

Beach

Standout

This is the headline: powder-soft Grace Bay sand, glass-clear turquoise water, and a beach team (Josue, Kimron, Farrah) that keeps chairs, towels, and drinks flowing.

Detailed beach reporting coming soon.

Pools

Strong

The pool plays supporting role to the beach but delivers, with attentive bartenders (Mykerwens is a repeat name) and rooms that overlook the water.

Detailed pool reporting coming soon.

What’s included

Strong

For most, the Grace Bay location, service, and food justify the Turks price tag; a vocal minority feels the all-inclusive doesn't match Mexico or Caribbean rivals at the same spend.

Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.

Amenities & activities

Couples

Ideal

A quietly romantic pick on Grace Bay, with anniversary and honeymoon touches like petal-decorated suites, private beach dinners, and sunset sails.

Families

Good fit

Right-sized for families who want Grace Bay without a mega-resort, with water toys, kid-friendly snacks, and activities that span all ages.

Peace & Quiet

Strong

Strikes a rare balance: lively entertainment when you want it, and quiet loungers and empty morning beach walks when you don't.

What past guests say

“This was our 2nd time to stay here because we loved it so much 5 years ago! The entire place is beautiful and well kept up, the refurbished rooms are lovely and there isn't a balcony with a bad view. Having so many choices for meals was nice, at least 2 'fancy dinner' locations and grills, smoothie bar plus a fridge with snacks/sandwiches for us to access anytime. The bars were all very convenient and we absolutely give 5 stars to the Rum Punch. All the staff from the office to the...”

“The hotel is old and lacks maintenance and staff! Although it was low season when I went, it should have the basics! It's all-inclusive, but they didn't offer afternoon tea, and lunch was junk food: hamburgers, chicken nuggets, fries, and pizza! It costs a lot, and I think there are better options! Three years ago, we went to The Sanz hotel. I didn't even book breakfast because the room was like an apartment: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining area with everything you need—refrigerator,...”

“I love this place! Second time here and cannot say enough good things about it. The people are the absolute best and will 100% take care of you. Cloudy and Roxanne at the front desk treat you like family. Barbie and Tash make everything so fun. Sky and the other bartenders are amazing. Gloria in the restaurant... I'm naming them all by memory, and clearly forgetting a few, but they are all that good. We will keep coming here again and again. Thank you again to Roxanne and Cloudy for the...”
