Food & drink

Mixed

Home-style Bajan cooking done well: flavorful, varied enough, and appreciated by adult palates, though the operation is basic and hot food isn't always hot.

Dining overview

Two on‑site restaurants: casual Poolside Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner; Reef View Seafood restaurant open select evenings; buffet plus some a‑la‑carte options.

Counts and access can vary by source and room tier.

Beach

Strong

The beachfront setting is the standout: unobstructed sea views and easy ocean access, though the strip itself is small and sargassum can hit at times.

Editorial beach rating

Small, sandy beach across the street reached by a path or ramp; no chairs or umbrellas; water can be rough at times.

Pools

Mixed

A small, quiet pool that suits solo swimmers and low-key days but disappoints anyone expecting a resort-scale pool scene.

Editorial pool rating

Single large landscaped pool divided into two circular areas with a bridge; ample loungers and umbrellas; vibrant but informal atmosphere.

Rooms & suites

Spacious but dated rooms with balcony, basic furnishings, AC, mini‑fridge, safe (fee), optional microwave or tea/coffee on request; some two‑bedroom family options.

What’s included

Mixed

Priced honestly as a three-star all-inclusive with a killer beachfront address; those who arrive expecting exactly that leave happy, those chasing the website photos feel misled.

Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.

Amenities & activities

Couples

Stretch

A laid-back, homely spot that works for low-key couples who want beach and sunsets over romance and polish, but honeymooners expecting resort-level luxury will be underwhelmed.

Families

Not a fit

Food and vibe lean adult, and with no kids club and a small pool without a lifeguard, this isn't built around children even if a few families have enjoyed it.

Peace & Quiet

Strong

Peaceful and tucked away, with a relaxed pace and older crowd that returns year after year: exactly what light sleepers and quiet-seekers want.

All‑inclusive meals and drinks, non‑motorized water sports, tennis court, small gym, entertainment evenings, conference facilities, concierge, ADA accessibility.

Water sports included

 • kayaking
 • paddleboarding
 • snorkeling

“The real name is "Tipsy Sands" Great vibes, AC in the pool room is a godsend in these hot months, will make this my new hangout spot. Not a hotel, it's a bar and pool hall.”

“Just spent 11 nights at the hotel. The hotel is in dire need of some maintenance and is long overdue an update. But in that I can honestly say it is a great All Incn hotel. The food is really nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our frind was surprised when he went back to his room and the cleaning staff had left a nice surpeise. So pleasw ignore previous comments about the staff. We used this as a base to explore and carry out activities but with the bonus of having everything...”

“Mixed feelings about our stay. On one hand, the location is stunning, right next to a beautiful beach and the ocean. It’s close enough to a few attractions, yet still feels quiet, private and a little tucked away, which we really liked.

On the other hand, the hotel’s online representation doesn’t quite match the reality. The photos appear to be around six or seven years old, so the property feels much more run down and dated than you might expect when you arrive.

That said, I...”
