“It's impossible to get any rest. The pool party, even though no one's there, is blasting music at full volume, audible throughout the hotel at all hours. Calling reception or housekeeping is a waste of time because 90% of the time they don't answer, and if they do, they won't fulfill your request. Overall, a disastrous hotel, and especially a terrible service.”
