Why travelers love it

“Adults-only boutique all-inclusive retreat combining jungle, cenote and Caribbean beach in Riviera Maya”

Guests consistently praise the intimate, tranquil atmosphere, attentive service, and all-inclusive a la carte dining. Many cite the lush natural setting and sense of genuine quiet as standout features.

Food & drink

Standout

Food is the standout: à la carte dining across a few intimate restaurants, plated beautifully with fresh ingredients and personalized service. Expect no long waits and no boring buffet line.

Dining overview

All-inclusive a la carte only; multiple venues blending international and Mexican techniques; no buffets; refined seaside dining experiences

Beach

Mixed

The beach is small and heavily impacted by Riviera Maya sargassum, with only light manual cleanup. Come for jungle and pool ambience, not for a picture-perfect swim beach.

Detailed beach reporting coming soon.

Pools

Strong

Pools are pleasant and calm rather than a resort centerpiece, with a spa pool, tranquility pool and main pool spread across the property. A relaxation setting, not a swim-up party.

Editorial pool rating

The resort has three pools: a main infinity pool with Caribbean views, a second seaside pool with an adjacent jacuzzi and a swimming lane, and a third secluded pool within the spa for relaxation.

Adults-only pool

Rooms & suites

128 rooms

128 luxury suites in multiple categories: Patio Junior Suite, Palafitos Diamond Suite, Cenote Blue Lagoon Suite, beachfront Casitas and Presidential Suite; design integrates natural materials and private terraces, some with plunge pools or rooftop areas

Room details here are AI-assisted, compiled from the resort's own website and public sources. Categories and names change often — confirm the exact room when you book.

What’s included

Strong

You are paying for privacy, food quality and quiet, and for those priorities it delivers. If you need a polished beach, big pool scene or resort infrastructure, the price feels steep for what's here.

Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.

Amenities & activities

Couples

Ideal

A jungle-wrapped hideaway built for romance, with private patio villas, cacao and temazcal ceremonies, and a hushed vibe. Honeymooners and anniversary couples are the core clientele.

Families

Not a fit

Adults-only in feel and layout: quiet, nature-immersed, and clearly geared to couples rather than kids. Families who have stayed felt out of place.

Peace & Quiet

Standout

Pure tranquility is the entire product here: jungle paths, birdsong, and no crowds or party scene. This is where you go to hear yourself think.

“I'll start with the good points: the food and drinks were excellent, 10/10. However, our room showed a lack of maintenance. The rooftop terrace was dirty and lacked sunshades. Half the hotel was closed, something they should mention when booking, as we could only have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at one restaurant, which became boring and lacked options after the second day. Finally, we checked out early to expedite our departure, and they refused to serve us breakfast afterward, which was...”

“It’s hard to objectively rate this hotel. On the one hand, full 5 stars to food quality and service by the staff. On the other hand, 2 stars to installations and amenities. It could be a real gem in the unique jungle setting, but unless the owners don’t urgently invest in updating the property, it will keep going down. My wife and I spent a week and we really enjoyed it, perhaps mainly because we did not have any issue as other guests have recounted. But enjoying a resort hotel should not be...”

“We had some doubts about traveling to this hotel because of the sargassum, but we were absolutely right. Everything was wonderful, both the service at the hotel and in the restaurant. We congratulated Chef Adrian for his attention to detail and the care he took in preparing the dishes. We also thanked the reception staff for the thoughtful touches in our room. We will definitely be back. I'm sure I'm forgetting some names, but a special thanks to the staff ❤️✋🤔 Fernando Julio Yacir Román”

  • Occasional sargassum on beach blocking ocean access
  • Visible deferred maintenance noted in rooms

  • Heavy sargassum piles and odor in season

What you should know

What to Know

This is a small, jungle-set boutique, not a full-service mega-resort: distances are long, dining is limited to a few à la carte venues, and next-door construction is currently a real factor. Set expectations accordingly and it shines.
