Why travelers love it
“Wellness‑focused all‑inclusive luxury resort on a secluded crescent beach in St Lucia”
Guests value the very inclusive daily spa treatment, the extensive array of land and water activities, and the strong wellness focus in a relaxing beach setting.
Food & drink
StrongFood is a genuine strength: healthy, plentiful, and thoughtfully prepared, with Tao and Cariblue Windows as the standout à la carte venues. Cariblue lunches and occasional kitchen misses are the weak link.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Tao and Cariblue Windows are standouts
- Healthy options alongside indulgent choices
- Wellness Café great for light lunches
- Accommodates allergies and dietary needs
Heads up
- Cariblue lunch inconsistent
- Occasional undercooked dishes reported
- Some newer service staff still learning
Dining overview
Five restaurants and multiple bars including flagship TAO (Asian fusion), Cariblue buffet, The Deli, Clubhouse for afternoon tea, plus casual beachfront and deli options; mix of a la carte and buffet.
Beach
StandoutA gorgeous private crescent cove with calm, swimmable water and plenty of loungers, so no towel wars at dawn. Beach service can thin out at the Cariblue end during low occupancy.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Private cove with calm, protected water
- Soft sand and clean shoreline
- Ample loungers, no towel game
- Full water sports operation on the beach
Heads up
- Slow drink service at the far end reported
- Fewer beach staff during quieter months
Small, private white‑sand crescent beach backed by lush gardens and palms; good for swimming and quiet sun time; limited shade but resort provides seating.
Pools
StrongMultiple pleasant pools complement the beach rather than compete with it, with a red-flag summon system for drink orders. Pool service quality has slipped for some repeat visitors.
medium confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Multiple pools across the property
- Red flag flag-down service at loungers
- Pool volleyball and activities on offer
Heads up
- 30-minute waits for pool drinks reported
- Service inconsistent versus prior years
Three pools, including a saltwater thalassotherapy pool, plus a jacuzzi.
Rooms & suites
155 roomsApproximately 155 rooms in multiple categories from garden‑view rooms, ocean‑view, oceanfront, Grand Luxury Oceanfront, suites (junior, penthouse), and villas; design emphasizes quiet, Sleep Well programme features.
Room details here are AI-assisted, compiled from the resort's own website and public sources. Categories and names change often — confirm the exact room when you book.
What’s included
StrongNot cheap, but the daily included spa treatment, packed activity schedule, and quality food make the math work for most repeat guests. Cost-cutting during low season and a few service slips have dented the premium feel for some.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Daily 50-minute spa treatment included
- Huge activity roster at no extra cost
- Tennis, golf, and water sports lessons included
- High repeat-guest rate speaks for itself
Heads up
- Noticeable cost-cutting in low season
- Service lapses at pool and beach
- Room décor feels dated for the price
Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.
Amenities & activities
Couples
IdealA quietly romantic wellness retreat that hits especially hard for honeymoons and anniversaries, with sunset views, couples spa treatments, and a civilized adult atmosphere. Book spa and dining weeks ahead if you're travelling as a pair.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Spectacular sunset views from ocean rooms
- Daily included spa treatment per guest
- Anniversary and honeymoon touches from staff
- Secluded cove setting feels intimate
Heads up
- Couples spa slots book out fast
- Rooms feel dated to some
Families
Not a fitPositioned as an adults-focused wellness resort; the vibe, pace, and programming are built around grown-ups seeking calm and activity, not kids' entertainment. Families with young children will find little tailored for them.
medium confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Works for adult family reunions and sibling trips
- Wide activity menu suits older teens who want sports
Heads up
- No kids club or children's programming highlighted
- Atmosphere is calm and adult-oriented
- Not the place for a classic family beach week
Peace & Quiet
StandoutCalm is the whole point here: a secluded cove, mature tropical grounds, and a relaxed but civilized crowd that comes to recalibrate. Evening entertainment is gentle (steel band, saxophonist) rather than a party scene.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Secluded crescent cove setting
- Relaxed, low-key adult crowd
- Meditation, Tai Chi, and nature walks daily
- Gentle live music in the evenings
On‑site spa wellness centre with daily treatments, fitness centre, land sports (tennis, archery, golf instruction), water sports, yoga/pilates/taichi classes, fitness trail, business centre, deli, piano bar, wine salon.

What past guests say
“We stopped in to go to ital, but it was shut. We grabbed a lunch ticket $70usd per person and were pleasantly surprised by this idyllic oasis. Got the tour, our pick of lunch spots. The margs were incredible, the best we’ve had on the island. Huge shout out to Melvin who was genuinely a gent. A random encounter for us, we may just venture back to stay here, it was so peaceful, we didn’t want to leave.”
★★★★★
“The location is so beautiful! The spa treatments were fantastic. The views and the spa treatments made my trip. The room was nice, but the Bluetooth didn't work and the curtains were also broken. They advertise noise proof rooms but that was not the case for my room. I heard all the noises and was woken up a few times from the noises. The food was good. There wasn't much of a variety of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet was the same thing every single day, that was a huge let...”
★★☆☆☆
“Beautiful location but we encountered some really irritating issues with scheduling. Our spa schedule was changed the first day without notice and one of my friends and I only made it because one of my other friends was scheduled before us and they got the names mixed up so she was able to find out the schedule change and text us just in time to make the new appointment. We also had a dinner reservation at Tao for 9:00 but were told it was actually for 7:30 when we arrived which is obviously...”
★★☆☆☆
“Rooms are old and moldy. Not updated as they advertised. Refused to allow a room change, unless you want to pay thousands of dollars more for a clean room. Problem could have been rectified very easily. You are trapped and at their mercy. Good luck!!”
