Brisas Trinidad Del Mar — all travelers all-inclusive in Cienfuegos, Cuba. Detailed editorial coming soon.

Food & drink

Mixed

Food is the resort's soft spot: honestly prepared but limited in variety, and supply constraints in Cuba show up on the plate. Expect competent buffet basics rather than a culinary highlight.

Dining details coming soon.

Beach

Standout

The beach is the headliner: soft sand, calm rock-free water, and added palapas making it more comfortable than ever. The main reason guests return to this stretch of Ancon.

Detailed beach reporting coming soon.

Pools

Strong

The pool is consistently loved, anchoring days when guests aren't at the beach and hosting the resort's signature foam parties. Simple but well used.

Detailed pool reporting coming soon.

What’s included

Strong

Priced like the modest Cuba resort it is, and for most guests the beach, staff, and animation more than justify the spend. Those expecting Mexico-level polish will feel shortchanged.

Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.

Amenities & activities

Couples

Good fit

A surprisingly strong pick for anniversaries and low-key couples trips, thanks to the beach, foam parties, and warm animation team. Not luxury romance, but memorable.

Families

Good fit

A comfortable family choice with animation for all ages and a calm swimmable sea, though picky eaters and kids with specific food needs may struggle.

Peace & Quiet

Strong

A genuinely peaceful Ancon Peninsula retreat where the loudest thing is the evening foam party. Come for calm days, opt-in fun at night.

What past guests say

“The service at LEVEL was very good. From the moment we arrived, the concierge was very attentive, as were the waiters. The food was delicious. I only have one complaint about a cook named Lester, who was very troublesome and had a very bad temper. I think he doesn't realize that the hotel is paid for with people's hard work; it's not free!”

★★★☆☆

“The room was terrible. Everything was old and unpleasant. There was simply no choice, we were on an organized tour.”

★★★☆☆
Google Maps·via Google

“The structure was destroyed, the swimming pools were not usable because they were broken, the beach chairs were the same, the tablecloths were always dirty, by 8pm the food was finished, everything was a mess like in the rest of Cuba.”

What you should know

What to Know

This is Cuba, not Cancun: supply shortages, aging rooms, and limited late-night food are baked into the experience. Come with the right expectations and Trinidad town 20 minutes away as a bonus.
