- Warm main pool and family atmosphere
- Right on the beach, close to town
Heads up

★★★★★
“I stayed from October 15-18, 2026. This hotel was a horrible experience. Upon arrival, we were given a very old and awful room in the mountain area, far from the main restaurants and other amenities. I had to pay for a room upgrade to be more centrally located and have a mini-fridge. The room they moved me to was supposedly ready, but when we entered, it reeked of dampness. While hurricanes are understandable—it's a natural phenomenon—that doesn't excuse the smell in the room or the poor...”
★☆☆☆☆
“The hotel is generally good; the staff was excellent, their service and attitude were very respectful to guests. They are very hardworking. The hotel is quite large, and you can spend pleasant afternoons exploring it. It's very close to the airport. The hotel does not have lifeguards. (I uploaded a video to my YouTube page, Gelly Salas).”
★★★☆☆
“I must say that the staff is extremely friendly and helpful; from the moment you arrive, everyone provides incredible service. However, the rooms are neglected; there was a cockroach, they don't answer calls, and the water is cold. On the plus side, the beds are comfortable. The food isn't varied, but it's not bad either. I think that being such a large hotel, it could improve significantly and even be upgraded.”
★★★☆☆
“The rooms were old and neglected. The main pool was under repair, so I visited the other two and found them dirty, with cloudy water and in poor condition. Part of the rules restricts the use of personal speakers; however, some guests were using them and no one said anything. The staff, in general, had a bad attitude; I heard complaints about their workload, which resulted in poor guest service. Some of the glasses smelled bad. The buffet had a limited selection of food. It's a hotel I...”
