- Snack bar pizza a guest favorite
- Fresh, healthy options at breakfast

Beach
StandoutPlaya Ancón out front is the headline: clear water, soft sand, and a zero-walk stroll from the rooms. A minority flag litter and beer cans, but most rate it the best on the peninsula.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Steps from rooms, no walking
- Clear, calm water
- Widely called best beach on the peninsula
- Great for lounging and swimming
Heads up
- Occasional litter and empty cans reported
- Cleanliness varies by day
Detailed beach reporting coming soon.
Pools
MixedA single serviceable pool that stays clean most days and hosts the animation team's daytime games. Expect it busy, and occasionally less pristine at peak times.
medium confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Pool activities run by animation crew
- Generally clean and well maintained
- Central to the daytime social scene
Heads up
- Often crowded
- Cleanliness inconsistent per some visitors
Detailed pool reporting coming soon.

What’s included
StandoutOne of the strongest value plays in Cuba: all-inclusive, beachfront, with food and service that repeatedly get called five-star for a three-star price. Come with realistic expectations and you'll leave thrilled.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- All-inclusive pricing hard to beat
- Beachfront location for budget rates
- Repeat guests returning year after year
- Service quality exceeds star rating
Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.
Amenities & activities
Couples
StretchA low-key, budget-friendly Cuban beach escape rather than a romance-forward property. Sea-view balconies and sunset views deliver quiet moments, but there's no adults-only polish or à la carte date-night scene.
medium confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Sea-view balconies at no upgrade
- Spectacular sunsets from rooms
- Quiet, safe atmosphere
Heads up
- Not a romance-styled resort
- No adults-only zones or fine dining
Families
Good fitA genuine family-friendly feel with a walk-out beach, entertainment team, and welcoming staff. Room maintenance issues and a sometimes-crowded pool are the trade-offs at this price point.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Beach directly in front of hotel
- Active animation team and kids-friendly shows
- Spacious rooms with balconies
- Staff treat repeat guests like family
Heads up
- Reports of dirty rooms and broken fixtures
- Wifi unreliable for keeping in touch
Peace & Quiet
StrongA peaceful stretch of the Ancón peninsula where the loudest sounds are the animation shows and the disco you can choose to skip. Nature-forward and safe-feeling, with a calm sea out front.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Calm, quiet sea
- Natural, low-density setting
- Feels safe day and night
- Evening shows contained, not intrusive
Water sports included
- windsurfing
- kayaking
- catamaran
- paddleboarding
- snorkelling

“Currently on lactation. Don't stay here! I have been to many 2..3 star resorts but this by far is the worse. The room was super modest but clean. Don't plan on sleeping in. The walls are made of paper and the staff walks around yelling and screaming from 6am to 2am. Its the hotel staff that is horrible. No one speaks English. What to Know
This is a three-star Cuban resort, not a polished international brand: room quality is inconsistent, wifi barely works, and shortages are real. Bring patience, low expectations on hardware, and cash for the Trinidad day-trip bus.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- $5 double-decker tourist bus to Trinidad
- Animation team (ask for Vladimir/Gilbert) is a highlight
- Sea-view rooms often given without upgrade fee
Heads up
- Wifi unreliable, expect to buy data
- Some rooms have broken sinks, TVs, or plumbing
- Housekeeping and bedding requests can be missed
- Cuba-wide shortages affect stock and amenities
