Why travelers love it

“Boutique all‑inclusive hotel in the heart of San Andrés near Spratt Bight Beach”

Guests like the intimate boutique size, the convenient location within walking distance to Spratt Bight Beach and nightlife zone, and access to both saltwater and freshwater pools.

Food & drink

Mixed

Meals are à la carte only with a small breakfast buffet, and while some plates land well, repetition and limited variety are the loudest complaints for a Decameron property.

Dining overview

One on‑site a la carte restaurant (El Muelle) serving fusion cuisine over the water plus access to the off‑site Islander seafood specialty via reservation; meals included in all‑inclusive plan.

2 documented dining venues

El Muelle

fusion specialty restaurant over water; open for breakfast, lunch, dinner

The Islander

seafood specialty off‑site on Spratt Bight walkway

Counts and access can vary by source and room tier.

Beach

Weak

There is no beach at the hotel: the ocean frontage is a rocky, often untended access point, though Spratt Bight's main beach is a short walk away.

Detailed beach reporting coming soon.

Pools

Mixed

A single small pool that closes early and lacks a swim-up bar or shade, fine for a quick dip but not a place to spend the day.

Editorial pool rating

The resort features both a natural saltwater pool and a freshwater family‑friendly pool; no swim‑up bar.

Rooms & suites

36 rooms

36 rooms in two categories: Standard Rooms (up to 3 guests) and Junior Suites (up to 4 guests), with basic amenities like air‑conditioning, TV, safety box, and room service.

Room details here are AI-assisted, compiled from the resort's own website and public sources. Categories and names change often — confirm the exact room when you book.

What’s included

Mixed

Value splits sharply: those who lean on the location and cross-property Decameron access feel it pays off, while those expecting a full all-inclusive find the price steep for what is delivered.

Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.

Amenities & activities

Couples

Good fit

The compact, central setting suits couples who want to walk to shops, bars, and Spratt Bight rather than stay poolside all day.

Families

Stretch

Doable for families thanks to Decameron chain access, but on-site there is no kids club, no children's pool, and no real beach, so most parents are steered toward the larger sister properties.

Peace & Quiet

Mixed

Inside the hotel is calm and low-key, but the surrounding commercial strip pumps music into the early morning and thin walls let in corridor and street noise.

Boutique hotel with bar, freshwater and saltwater pools, a la carte restaurant, reception, plus access to sister Decameron properties for entertainment, tours, and nightlife.

What past guests say

“Terrible experience. The staff was rude and unfriendly. I went for a quinceañera trip and was very disappointed with the place, as I had high expectations. They even damaged the decorations I had brought for birthday photos. When I asked for help, they didn't respond; on the contrary, they were rude and disrespectful. I had a terrible experience and would never book at this hotel again. Luckily, I only booked dinner, as I don't know what would have happened if I had booked my stay there...”

“This hotel is not recommended for adults or people with reduced mobility. The lobby staff don't seem to enjoy their work. I wouldn't return to this hotel even if it were free.”
