“We have only once stayed in an upgraded room and were its first occupants, so there were issues. The standard rooms are fine. They're colorful, we like the bathrooms, and housekeeping is wonderful. And we're in Jamaica, at Hedo, and we don't really care so long as the beds are reasonably comfortable and they are. The food is good, with a lot of variety in the main dining room and three specialty restaurants. If you demand five star lodging and food though? This isn't your place. If you want...”
