What past guests say
“Angel's participation in the acrobics was excellent, and he's a super nice person...”
★★★☆☆
“Angel is an excellent person. His aqua aerobics class was very good. I loved it. Regarding the waiter service, they are very discriminatory. They only serve Americans with a smile and are very attentive. Those of us from here (Mexico) receive very bad service and are rude. Thank you.”
★★☆☆☆
“Not great! For All Inclusive and an upgrade to Altitude, it was NOT a good experience! We struggled with no English speaking staff. Called for room service and it never came. We had to go off site to buy our own bottles of water because they kept forgetting to restock our fridge. We had a coffee maker but never had coffee for it. They allowed 2 beers per day in our fridge, so we also stocked our own. Towels were not restocked except for 1 day, and we had to do self service from the towel...”
★☆☆☆☆
“Excellent service and attention from the employees, very entertaining and fun activities in the pool area by Angel, Vanessa and Amairany, who were very attentive and helpful. Excellent treatment.”
★★★★★
“The facilities are falling apart, the food is full of flies, the sunbeds are breaking, and the service from the snack girl is so bad it feels like you're asking to borrow money.”
