Food & drink

Mixed

Buffet-driven dining with fresh stations (omelettes, tacos, pasta) that satisfies most, though picky eaters and repeat Vallarta visitors find the selection limited and bland.

Beach

Mixed

You are steps from the ocean with sunset views that guests rave about, but rocky groynes and the public-beach setting mean it is more scenic than swimmable or walkable.

Directly on the beach with easy access for casual walking; typical Pacific sand; some guest reports of runoff smell near a canal after heavy rain—north side beach area may be affected.

Pools

Standout

Two well-kept pools, one family with music and animation, one adults-only for quiet, are the strongest amenity on property.

Editorial pool rating

Two outdoor pools—one marked adults‑only but loosely enforced—plus an oceanfront Jacuzzi; family pool near beach and adult pool quieter.

Rooms & suites

225 rooms

225 basic but clean rooms with ocean and garden views; décor dated, open‑air style with tiled floors, Mexican touches, some guest complaints of outdated furniture and lighting.

Room details here are AI-assisted, compiled from the resort's own website and public sources. Categories and names change often — confirm the exact room when you book.

What’s included

Mixed

Priced as a modest 2.5 to 3-star all-inclusive and it shows: warm staff and clean pools deliver on the tag, but dated rooms, no in-room fridges, and check-in surprises frustrate guests expecting more.

Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.

Amenities & activities

Couples

Good fit

An affordable couples pick thanks to the adults-only pool, sunset views, and lobby-bar bartender David, though dated rooms and a family-forward vibe keep it from feeling romantic.

Families

Good fit

A genuine family favorite in Puerto Vallarta, with a lively family pool, animation team led by Saúl and Hugo, and a Kids Club that keeps children engaged all day.

Peace & Quiet

Strong

Small footprint and a separate adults-only pool make it easy to find calm, though rooms near the kitchen corridor or burger station can be noisy at odd hours.

All‑inclusive property steps from Malecón; features beach club, spa, nightly shows, two pools, oceanfront Jacuzzi, swim‑up bar, kids’ club, water‑sport rentals, fitness classes.

What past guests say

“Terrible food. It tastes like a stew. Terrible service upon arrival.”

“The place is nice, but it's too hot, it's stifling. It's built in a strange way that makes the heat concentrate too much in the lobby or the lounge area, and in the rooms the air conditioning isn't very powerful; it takes an hour or two to cool down properly. Also, at dinner there's a huge fan, and since they're cooking in the same area, it's just stirring up the hot air. The food is okay, and other than that, everything is fine.”
