Why travelers love it
“A small beachfront all‑inclusive boutique hotel with beach access and a relaxed atmosphere”
Guests consistently praise the friendly, personal service and prime beachfront setting walking distance to shops and restaurants. The intimate size and included activities like catamaran cruises reinforce its charm.
Food & drink
StrongHome-style cooking with alternating buffet and à la carte nights keeps the single restaurant interesting, though a long stay may reveal repetition and portion sizes feel controlled rather than lavish.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- À la carte nights impress
- Head chef praised repeatedly
- Buffet rotates to avoid repeats
- Attentive table service with drinks
Heads up
- Only one restaurant on property
- Portions feel set-menu small to some
- Desserts and pastries hit or miss
Dining overview
Offers both buffet and à la carte dining; food is generally good but menus are not extensive. Drinks include top‑shelf branded options.

Beach
StandoutThe beach is the headline: a beautiful, well-kept stretch of west coast sand with loungers and parasols for every guest, plus snorkeling right offshore.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Beautiful Holetown west coast beach
- Loungers with parasols always available
- Snorkeling and turtles just offshore
- Walkable in both directions
Heads up
- Steep drop from sand into the sea
- Erosion has shrunk the beach in recent years
- Motorboats and jetskis pass close to shore
Soft white‑sand beach just yards from the resort with calm, clear Caribbean water; loungers and parasols provided. Area is walkable to local shops and dining.
Pools
MixedThe pool is pleasant and adequate rather than a destination, but with the beach steps away most guests treat it as a bonus rather than the main event.
medium confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Large enough for a swim or kids' play
- Pool-view deluxe rooms are a nice upgrade
- Attentive pool bar service (Rayden, Damien)
Heads up
- Not grand or elaborate
- Some maintenance wear noted
One medium‑sized pool that’s cleaned daily with plenty of loungers around; adjacent to beach and part of relaxed boutique vibe.

What’s included
MixedValue depends entirely on expectations: at boutique-hideaway pricing it delivers charm and service in spades, but guests paying luxury-tier nightly rates find the tired rooms and single restaurant hard to justify.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Free watersports rare at this scale
- Attentive service punches above the price
- Walkable location saves on transport
- Unlimited quality drinks included
Heads up
- Nightly rates of $300 to $1000 feel steep for the product
- Rooms and bathrooms overdue for refurbishment
- Doesn't always feel fully all-inclusive
Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.

“This was an all inclusive resort. However, what was included was mediocre at best. And the service staff was not helpful at times. I will say, a few of the staff members were super helpful and very nice. However, the majority of the staff was not. Moved to a different resort halfway through our reservation. The management, however, was not accommodating. I would like to add that one of the managers, Dale was very apologetic and super helpful in one of our negative experiences.”
