Food & drink

Strong

Solid all-inclusive dining with a genuinely good breakfast buffet and standout lunches at Deseos and dinners at Jack's, elevated by servers guests remember by name.

Baja Lobster Co.

Counts and access can vary by source and room tier.

Beach

Mixed

There's no true beach on-site; you're a short walk to Playa El Médano and water taxis to the Arch, which is a plus for exploring but a miss if you want toes-in-sand from your lounger.

Detailed beach reporting coming soon.

Pools

Strong

The central courtyard pool is the heart of the resort: clean, deep enough to actually swim, with a fun swim-up bar and standout poolside service from Jorge and team.

What’s included

Strong

Punches above its price with a walkable marina location, a worthwhile all-inclusive plan, and staff that turn a mid-range stay into a repeat visit.

Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.

Amenities & activities

Couples

Stretch

A comfortable marina-view pick for a low-key couples weekend, with spa massages and walkable dinners downtown, though the vibe is more casual than romantic.

Families

Good fit

An easy family base in the marina with a deep central pool kids love and staff who fold children into the fun, though on-site kid programming is thin.

Peace & Quiet

Mixed

Generally a calm marina hotel with a relaxed pool, but loud pool music (including rap with heavy bass) can shatter the peace on some days.

Two outdoor pools including swim‑up bar, jacuzzi/hot tubs, full‑service spa and salon, fitness center on top floor, kids club, minimarket, concierge, ATM, business center, meeting venues, airport shuttle for surcharge, self/valet parking

They mentioned it was a "boutique" hotel. Kadun is new, and the rooms were TINY! Also, they don't mention this, but it's literally right next to a EMT/Firehouse. So,to say our experience was compromised would be an understatement. There is an outdoor pool at the top floor , but it'd essentially the only...”

“Great location on the marina. Walk to restaurants, nightlife, beach and boats. Taxis readily available in front of lobby.”

“We went in July with the all inclusive package. Upgraded one notch with two beds and it was fine until half way through. A plumbing leak developed that was not a quick fix so we were moved to a two bedroom on the north west side which was a few notches above our first room. So that was a nice touch. I guess that made up for the confusion over whether I could take food outside the resort. Since I do early morning fishing trips I messaged the resort before our stay concerning this and I got...”
