What past guests say
“Well this place has gone way downhill. It used to be a resort with special attractions. Now it's just an overpriced hotel with beach access. It's obvious the stakeholders are together on only one thing: charge a lot, spend a little. So they used to have an awesome water park, that's now a complete waste. They used to have a mini golf course, also now a complete waste. They used to have a really cool cave built on the side of one of the feature pools, that in the recent past was ripped out. They ”

“To start, I will list all the things wrong with the resort: 1. Room AC worked intermittently. 2. Hot water didn't work at all in my first room, barely worked in the new room. 3. Ants 🐜 in rooms. 4. Shower drains drained slow, it needed Drano badly. It was like taking a dirty bath. 5. No room service or housekeeping and the bathrooms smelled awful. I suspect it was the drains because it was gradual over time and didn't occur on the first day. 6. Bathrooms in common areas were filthy. 7. Buffets ”

“Beautiful place on the ocean. The buffet was great. Internet in your room had no signal. My room had no plugs for charging the phone except in the bathroom. Meeting rooms were on the second floor. There was no elevators. Not very elderly, or handicapped friendly.”

“What a beautiful resort and great potential. If you need internet service this is not the place for you. It was non-existent in our room. There were insufficient plugs to charge your phones and use a computer. They were full of people and understaffed in the restaurant. The food was delicious. If you ate towards the end of each meal schedule, the selection was somewhat limited.”
★★★★☆
“We went with family (2 small kids) and we had good time here. My girls enjoyed the place, different things to do. I took some time running very early morning and it was amazing, the view, good area to do a long run or some fartlek. I only have issues with: only one person in the check in desk, restaurant buffet was super slow with long line of people waiting because only one and sometimes 2 people attending. We wasted a lot of time just waiting. Service must be improved with people and training.”
