Why travelers love it

“Set on West Bay Beach with beachfront access, spa, dive center, and family‑friendly amenities”

Guests consistently praise the attentive staff and direct access to the stunning West Bay Beach. Families enjoy the pools, dive services, and convenient location.

Food & drink

Strong

Buffet variety wins repeat visitors, with beach-restaurant meals and drinks singled out as highlights, though the Cayuco à la carte side can misfire on service and one guest reported food poisoning from lunch quesadillas.

Dining details coming soon.

Beach

Standout

Direct frontage on West Bay Beach, arguably the best stretch in Roatan, with clear water, plentiful chairs, and beach attendants who move umbrellas with the sun.

Editorial beach rating

White‑sand West Bay Beach with clear turquoise water, on‑site lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels, and direct reef access for snorkeling.

Pools

Strong

Pools are clean and well-kept with daytime activities hosted by the entertainment team, though they play second fiddle to the beach.

Editorial pool rating

The resort has a large ground‑level pool surrounded by gardens and a Terrace Pool on the 5th floor. No swim‑up bar.

What’s included

Strong

The all-inclusive package delivers strong value for a premium West Bay address, with airport shuttle, quality food, and standout service included.

Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.

Amenities & activities

Couples

Good fit

West Bay's postcard beach and warm, personalized staff make this a sweet pick for anniversaries and honeymoons, with room decorating and small touches for milestone trips.

Families

Good fit

A relaxed, safe family base right on West Bay with spacious villas, kayaks, and staff who remember kids by name, though there is no dedicated kids club.

Peace & Quiet

Standout

Peaceful, low-key atmosphere set apart from the West End party scene, with gentle evening dance lessons rather than loud nightly shows.

What past guests say

★★★★★

“Terrible and completely unprofessional service. The people working there seem to have absolutely no customer service training. The prices are ridiculously high for what you actually get, and the food is awful. They’ll pressure you to pay cash even though they have a credit card machine. It honestly feels like they’re always looking for ways to rip you off. The staff is extremely unprofessional, and I would avoid this place at all costs.”

“Be careful at this place. They stole money I left in my purse in the room. I complained, and they wouldn't even check the security cameras; they just made excuses. I won't be going back. Be very careful.”
