You get what you pay for: solid mid-range value when everything works, but the 5-star marketing sets an expectation the rooms and service do not consistently meet.

Amenities & activities

Couples

Stretch

Works for honeymoons and anniversaries thanks to lush grounds, wildlife, and a mellow evening vibe, but tired rooms and inconsistent housekeeping can undercut the romance.

Families

Good fit

A genuine family win: on-site water park, three pools including a secluded kids area, and a kids club led by Alexandra that parents rave about.

Peace & Quiet

Mixed

The grounds feel calm and green, but the main pool is a party zone and entertainment can be loud. Pick the outdoor-bar pool for a mellower day.

24‑hour all‑inclusive, kids club with water‑park, teen club, theater with night entertainment, non‑motorized water‑sports, intro scuba, fitness center, sports area (tennis, mini‑golf, archery, soccer), internal tram, spa (hydrojet, sauna), shuttle to casino

“I absolutely loved the hotel. My daughter and I especially loved the children's area with the entertainer Alexandra; it was very safe and offered a variety of activities for our little ones. The pools were fantastic. The buffet was delicious; I just felt it could have used a bit more variety in the dishes and more seafood, but everything else was excellent. The rooms were also very cozy.”

The positives: the room was truly superb, the hotel is pleasant, and the pool with its bar is a real plus. We were also very satisfied with the FRAM team at the beginning of our stay, who were very kind and welcoming. On the other...”
