Best for familiesBest for small‑group travelers seeking peaceful beachfront

Food & drink

Strong

Fresh buffet with genuine Yucatecan seasoning, plus salad, fruit, and dessert stations that keep families coming back. Variety is decent rather than dazzling, and drinks are the weak link.

Dining overview

On‑site buffet and a la carte venues serving Yucatecan and international fusion cuisine; multiple restaurants and bars featured, including regional fusion offerings.

Beach

Strong

The beach is clean and the sea swimmable, a solid asset for a Mérida-area stay. It's a working Gulf coast beach, not a Caribbean postcard.

Small beachfront area facing the Gulf; limited sand and minimal beach space; guests report small beach area.

Pools

Strong

Pools are clean, warm, and family-friendly, with enough space for kids and loungers for parents. Renovation work has occasionally taken the largest pool offline.

Editorial pool rating

Multiple outdoor pools including children’s wading pool; family‑friendly pool layout visible in photos.

Rooms & suites

Room types include Standard King/Queen with garden or ocean views, and Premium King/Queen with terrace and sea views; ground‑level imagery and descriptions suggest mid‑aged property.

Room details here are AI-assisted, compiled from the resort's own website and public sources. Categories and names change often — confirm the exact room when you book.

What’s included

Strong

For a mid-range all-inclusive near Mérida, the food, service, and family programming punch above the price. Aging rooms and occasional maintenance issues keep it from feeling premium.

Package inclusions and upgrade access have not been collected yet. Confirm them for your room and dates when booking.

Amenities & activities

Couples

Stretch

A low-key pick for anniversaries and small weddings, with ocean-view rooms and warm service setting the mood. Don't expect romance-forward touches or adults-only calm.

Families

Ideal

This is where the resort shines: a compact, walkable property with a kids club, animation team, and a relaxed family vibe that repeat visitors love. Kids areas and pools get consistent praise.

Peace & Quiet

Standout

A genuinely peaceful escape on the Yucatecan coast, more restful retreat than party scene. Come to unplug, not to dance until dawn.

Includes spa services, children’s club and wading pool, convention center, theater‑disco, tennis courts, mini‑golf, non‑motorized water sports, and wellness treatments.

What past guests say

“Honestly, getting information from them has been a real ordeal. We saw a 3-day, 2-night romantic package advertised on Facebook that my wife and I are very interested in, but they never answer the phone. We tried asking for information through Facebook Messenger, but it's a bot that, when you try to ask something specific, just repeats the same initial questions, and if you don't answer them, the conversation "expires." I hope they escalate this to management or that we can speak to a manager. W”

“Bad place. The snack bar food is awful, really bad. Frozen pizza, greasy tacos, and nachos. There's only one drinks station serving the entire snack bar and pool area, so you have to wait in line every time you want something. There's no beach; the sea laps against the steps leading down to what used to be the beach. Because of this, there's no way to clean it, and the water is full of sargassum. Finally, they have some very basic lounge chairs—not beds or hammocks. The staff is friendly. Far be”

“I honestly stayed for four days this past weekend and everything was perfect. We were very happy with room 1206, which was very clean and comfortable. All the staff, from check-in to the waiters, were very attentive and friendly, and the food was good. See you soon, and hugs to everyone.”

“Terrible service, they don't have enough staff for the number of guests, they give you the rooms whenever they feel like it, but you have to leave by 12 pm the next day. At 12:01 pm they can't even give you water. The situation was reported in the lobby and they did nothing. Very bad service from the food to the staff. It's a shame it's the only all-inclusive resort in Yucatán.”

“The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was terrible, and the staff simply refused to help. The hotel is also falling apart and filthy. The towels were stained, the curtains were full of holes, and the hallways had been dripping for days without being cleaned. I stayed for four nights, and they were truly awful. The photos they have are very artistic and completely misleading.”
