“Honestly, for a Riu hotel, the service is very bad. The buffet is terrible, the buffet servers provide awful service, they never refilled our room, and to top it all off, we found cockroaches in our room. The only good thing is the staff at the bars; their service is excellent. Congratulations to Omar, Jairo, Miguel, and Santi for their attention, but I really wouldn't return.”
