- Sargassum raked daily

Amenities & activities
Couples
Good fitA calm, sophisticated vibe with a dedicated adults-only pool and swim-up bar makes this a repeat pick for anniversaries and low-key couples getaways.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy
- Adults-only middle pool with swim-up bar
- Calm, non-party atmosphere
- Beach weddings executed beautifully
- Top-floor rooms available for privacy
Heads up
- Loud families can occasionally intrude
- Rooms near entertainment stage get noisy
Families
Good fitFamily-friendly in practice with kids programming, three pools including a family pool, and a safe gated Playacar setting, but no elevators make strollers and multiple floors a real hassle.
high confidence
What you'll enjoy

- Riufun activities, shows, bingo, aqua classes
- Safe gated Playacar community
- Steps to the beach
Heads up
- No elevators, tough with strollers

Peace & Quiet
StrongOverall a calm, adult-leaning atmosphere with tasteful evening entertainment, but room block placement is everything: anything near the theatre hears the show until midnight.
high confidence

- Sophisticated, non-party vibe
- Mostly adults, well-behaved kids
- Evening shows end at reasonable hour
- Quiet grounds and gardens
Heads up
- Blocks near stage very noisy until midnight

★★★★★
“A beautiful resort, smaller and more intimate than the usual Riu properties. Absolutely nothing negative, just pure enjoyment. The beach is exceptionally large. The water is a little less clear due to the strong winds this week, but nothing to dampen our enthusiasm. The only minor drawback is the smokers who don't respect the designated smoking areas, smoking everywhere and leaving their cigarette butts in the bins and on the beach. A serious lack of respect on their part.”
