“This resorts has pros and cons. It has good buffets, food, restaurants, food and drink service. The restaurant and bar staff are good hosts and service. The pool areas are also very nice. There was some entertainment with parties and shows. There were also several draw backs, the rooms are not well maintained by maintenance. Our toilet had recurring issues, AC not working, phone was broken. The maintenance only fixed the toilet once after that they stopped showing up. So the hotel changed...”
