A special shoutout to William at the bar for his excellent service and Ely at UVC for being so friendly and helpful. Both have gone above and beyond to make our stay memorable. “This was sold to us as a 5 star propery but definitely not. Thisnproperty needs a lot of work and management needs to clean up property. Room we had was up a hill and when it rained, which was daily, the shuttle would not go up hill so we had to walk up and down in rain. We were never made aware of this. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice. Trash around property grounds was not picked up. Saw the same trash on grounds, beside roadways and in the vegitation all week. Beach was ok. Some...”
