“I had high expectations for this hotel, however, it fell short. They gave me a better room because they accommodated guests who were supposed to stay at the Pelícanos Grand, but that didn't compensate for the poor service in the restaurants. Instead of maintaining their usual high standard of service, they treated everyone as if they were staying at the Grand. I was assigned a room on the 7th floor, and one elevator didn't stop there. So we used the other one, which meant waiting. But then...”
