Beach

Standout

The beach is the headline: classic Varadero sand right at your doorstep.

Detailed beach reporting coming soon.

Pools

Strong

A clean, simple pool that does the job when you want a break from the sea.

One central outdoor pool surrounded by gardens, with adjacent snack bar and lobby/beach bars nearby.

Rooms & suites

292 rooms

About 292 rooms across standard, casa and superior categories. Rooms offer air‑conditioning, balcony/terrace, satellite TV, minibar, safety deposit box, telephone and private bath.

What’s included

Strong

Amenities & activities

Couples

Stretch

Nothing in the record points to a romantic angle here; expect a simple beachfront hotel rather than a couples retreat.

Families

Good fit

A workable family pick on Varadero beach, with a kids club on site and a laid-back vibe that suits younger travelers.

Peace & Quiet

Strong

Garden-lined and low-key, this is a peaceful stretch of Varadero rather than a party scene.

What past guests say

“I have been to 10 different hotels along the Varadero stip. Villa Tortuga was the most bang for your money and the most fun out oof all the hotels. Absolute blast and I was there 3 times. Some of the others I went multiple times as well but none of them were as fun as Tortuga.”

“I loved this hotel. I never imagined the staff would be so kind and helpful. The service and overall quality were excellent. The rooms were spotless, the green areas were spectacular, and the entertainment team was simply amazing. My deepest respect to them—thank you for your charisma, your enthusiasm, and so much more. In short, thank you to all the staff, from management to support personnel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart; we will be back!”

“Would not recommend, staff are friendly but there was little food offered, at the start of the beach so not much activity as a little far from Varadero centre. Rooms are very dated and not the most pleasurable stay however if you are looking for a cheap stay it would surfice.”
