“Definitely NOT a 4 star... maybe a 2...my room was covered in mold...mattress...walls...bathroom...extra bonus...blood on my mattress...update Oct.17/26...I pleaded with the staff to help, I was in tears thinking I had to sleep in this room because they refused to do anything...the manager hid in the office the entire time so he wouldn't have to speak with me...after the review was written, someone contacted the hotel and told them to give me a new room/upgrade...I got the new room on the...”

The rooms are remodeled, but very poorly; they look old. We had a room with a door that opened directly onto the next room, so we could hear everything. The pool lounge area was very dirty, with cigarette butts and glasses full of them; they don't clean. We had to complain because we went two days without soap to shower. The towels are terrible,...”
